Cembro
The Cembro room was also once a barn. It was here that the harvest was stored with care and attention: the hay had to be pressed gently, often by the children, so as not to damage the leaves and flowers which, during the winter, would feed the cows and make the milk even better.

Amidst the golden dust, the scent of dry grass and those almost secret dives into the hay, this room still holds the memory of a mountain that is simple, unpretentious and full of life.
